Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Topnotch Technologies Ltd (Company No. 17242921, registered in England and Wales), which operates Top Roster. By creating an account you accept them.

You must be a licensed airline pilot aged 18 or over, and you may only create one account for yourself.

Top Roster is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline, AIMS or eCrew. Airline names are used only to identify which airline a pilot works for.

Top Roster reads rosters automatically and may make mistakes. Your airline's official roster system is always the authoritative source. Always check report times and duties there.

• Legality labels such as "Likely legal" or "Check rest" are an informational guide only. They are not operational, regulatory or legal advice.
• You remain fully responsible for complying with flight time limitations, rest requirements and your airline's procedures.
• Swaps arranged in Top Roster are not valid until approved by your airline's crew control through its official process.

Reminders, notifications and calendar updates may be delayed or fail because of devices, networks or third-party services. Do not rely on them as your only way to meet report times.

You must:

• upload only your own roster;
• not upload other people's personal data beyond what appears in your own roster;
• not misuse, copy, scrape or attempt to break the app;
• follow your airline's rules about sharing roster information.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Top Roster is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

Top Roster is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed duties, swap outcomes, regulatory breaches, disciplinary action or losses arising from reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app before significant changes take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
